Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm research for cryptography, optimization, and simulation applications
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and gate fidelity improvements Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for near-term applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams
