Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction research
- Develop patent-pending quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in NSF and DARPA research grants
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit 2026
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stabilization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (5+ years post-doc)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Expertise in topological quantum computing
- Strong background in quantum error mitigation
- Proven leadership in managing quantum research teams
- Patents in quantum computing or related fields
