Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry research grants annually
- Publish breakthrough papers in Nature/Science journals
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor PhD candidates and build quantum talent pipeline
- Drive commercialization of quantum computing patents
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum hardware/software experience
