Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and cryptography
- Develop error correction protocols to stabilize qubit coherence in next-gen processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to calibrate quantum control systems at cryogenic temperatures
- Lead open-source quantum software initiatives and contribute to industry standards
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in government and private funding for quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
