Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead experimental validation on 1000+ qubit processors
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy quantum solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Published work in quantum machine learning or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Strong track record of translating theory into commercial applications
