Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development and error correction protocols for 2026-scale systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Drive patentable innovations in quantum cryptography and machine learning integration
- Mentor a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on industry-specific quantum applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading R&D teams with demonstrated scaling capabilities
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
