Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures with fault-tolerant qubit configurations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement, superposition, and interference principles
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
