Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel qubit stabilization protocols targeting >99.9% coherence
- Create quantum error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Research emerging quantum technologies and publish breakthrough findings
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in superconducting and trapped-ion qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers
