- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with commercial impact
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in AWS Braket or Microsoft Azure Quantum
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
