Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop fault-tolerant qubit architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead security protocols for quantum-resistant blockchain implementations
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize quantum algorithm performance
- Patent breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Experience with cryogenic computing environments
