Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise optimization problems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-generation data protection
- Drive quantum computing education through internal R&D initiatives
- Patent novel quantum algorithms and system architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
