Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant computing
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead prototyping of quantum hardware-software integration systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to implement quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks
- Document quantum system architectures and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum error correction
- Proven experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Familiarity with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
