Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum systems with fault-tolerant qubit configurations
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for machine learning optimization
- Lead research into topological quantum computing and exotic qubit technologies
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum accelerators into neural networks
- Author whitepapers and patents on breakthrough quantum algorithms
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge quantum protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
