Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum frameworks for enterprise integration
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams on quantum-accelerated machine learning models
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Present quantum architecture roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Proven track record publishing in quantum computing or peer-reviewed journals
