Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to implement quantum algorithms
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world problem-solving
- Establish quantum security protocols protecting 2026-era digital infrastructure
- Drive innovation roadmap for quantum machine learning applications
- Secure patents for novel quantum circuit designs and error correction methods
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., NIST IR 8105)
