Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead quantum security protocol implementation for financial institutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic processor integration
- Author white papers on quantum error correction methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and low-level assembly
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DOE clearance
