Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for error-corrected hardware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Lead security implementations for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
- Publish findings in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
