Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Lead the development of quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise clients
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting qubits
- Pioneer error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable roadmaps for CTOs and VPs of R&D
- Author white papers and contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms: Shor's, Grover's, VQE, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical Python/C++
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (Nature/Science/IEEE journals)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into production-ready systems
