Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Model quantum neural networks using tensor network simulations
- Collaborate with cryptography teams to implement quantum-resistant protocols
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation for hybrid classical-quantum processors
- Research topological qubit architectures for commercial deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum simulation software
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum error correction
- Experience with low-level quantum hardware control systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
