Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 scalability milestones
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption systems
- Drive quantum-cloud integration strategies for enterprise deployment
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our 2026 talent incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
