Responsibilities
- Architect quantum hardware/software interfaces for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Design quantum algorithms for climate modeling and molecular simulation
- Collaborate with research teams to validate quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Establish quantum security protocols for sensitive data processing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency in optimizing quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
