Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems integration
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or superconducting circuits
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and RF control systems
- Proven track record of patenting quantum innovations
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
