Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures for commercial applications
- Develop error correction frameworks to enable stable qubit operations at scale
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Create quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning
- Collaborate with industry partners to solve real-world quantum challenges
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D roadmaps
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
