Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems with 10,000+ qubit capacity by 2026
- Design quantum error correction protocols for practical industrial applications

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DoD partnerships
- Author patents for quantum algorithms and hardware innovations
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic systems
- Proven track record of securing government research funding
- Experience mentoring quantum computing research teams
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage applications in logistics and finance
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
