Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-cooled systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world deployment
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation tools
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
