Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for 2026-era challenges
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit stability and coherence times
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies for strategic integration
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and external partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum systems architecture or related quantum research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant designs
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Certification in quantum security architectures (preferred)
