Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum stability at scale
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, quantum annealing)
- Collaborate with academia and industry partners on quantum standards development
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Present quantum roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years experience in quantum circuit design or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions
