Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for large-scale systems
- Partner with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-generation communications
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and interns
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proficiency with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational theory
- Experience leading technical projects with 5+ team members
