Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead fault-tolerance protocols achieving 99.99% gate fidelity
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical simulation and materials science
- Collaborate with hardware teams on superconducting qubit fabrication
- Architect quantum-safe encryption protocols for post-2026 security landscape
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Expertise in cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Track record of securing $1M+ quantum research grants
