Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for next-generation quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in emerging tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing integration into existing cloud infrastructure
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs at industry conferences and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Certification in cloud quantum platforms (Amazon Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
