Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Create quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent systems
- Research and implement quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Present quantum computing roadmap to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading quantum algorithm development for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in quantum computing architecture (e.g., IBM Q Professional)
