Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., topological qubits, photonic systems)
- Develop error-correction frameworks to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning systems
- Present architectural solutions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data encryption
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction methodologies
