Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for commercial deployment by 2026
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with major quantum processors (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization
- Publish research in IEEE Quantum and Nature Quantum Information
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum machine learning
