Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world problem solving
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication systems
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum research
- Develop patentable quantum algorithms for industry-specific challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization
