Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise-level applications
- Lead fault-tolerant quantum circuit optimization for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with physicists to translate theoretical models into implementable hardware specifications
- Architect quantum-safe encryption protocols for post-quantum cybersecurity
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure integration with existing AWS/GCP environments
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum advantage in industry-specific use cases
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with quantum algorithms
- 5+ years in high-performance computing architecture or quantum research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction
- Published work in quantum hardware or topological quantum computing
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum control engineering
- Experience with quantum annealing and D-Wave systems
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into technical roadmaps
