Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures resistant to 2026-era cyber threats

- Develop error-correction protocols for 1,000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with DARPA and ESA on quantum-secure communication standards
- Optimize quantum algorithms for molecular modeling and climate simulation
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in cutting-edge hardware-software co-design
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubits and photonic quantum systems
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 500 qubits
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
