Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical frameworks
- Architect error-corrected quantum systems with fault-tolerance capabilities
- Drive patent development for quantum-resistant cryptography methods
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Q#)
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research grants
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
