Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor interfaces
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for climate modeling and drug discovery
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., Qiskit Certified Developer)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for executive audiences
