Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures supporting 10,000+ qubits
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem solving
- Establish quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in next-gen system integration
- Collaborate with NASA, MIT, and WHO on quantum-adjacent research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software architecture development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts to scalable prototypes
