Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for commercial deployment
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in quantum algorithm development
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Pioneer breakthroughs in quantum machine learning applications
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy and NISQ era limitations
- Experience securing federal quantum research funding
