Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols

- Establish quantum error mitigation frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum systems optimization
