Responsibilities
- Design and develop quantum computing architectures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems.

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, with a focus on architecture design.
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum gates, and quantum error correction.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and quantum-specific frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-experts.
