Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors for 2026 commercial deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Develop patent-pending quantum algorithms for cryptography and materials science
- Partner with MIT and Caltech on quantum hardware innovation initiatives
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen financial systems
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum coherence or entanglement
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or proprietary quantum SDKs
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Security clearance preferred for government quantum projects
- Fluency in quantum machine learning frameworks
