Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at 1000+ qubit scales
- Develop optimization algorithms for quantum machine learning applications in healthcare and logistics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum accelerators into cloud infrastructure
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit and industry conferences
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum error correction techniques and decoherence mitigation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing, superconducting qubits, and topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards (NIST PQCS candidates)
