Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in AI and logistics
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain and cryptography systems
- Collaborate with material science teams to engineer scalable qubit technologies
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Present quantum roadmap strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor quantum engineering talent through our innovation accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Track record of securing $10M+ in quantum technology grants
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy milestones and NISQ limitations
