Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption systems for enterprise-scale deployments
- Design hybrid classical-quantum computing workflows leveraging Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead R&D for quantum-safe blockchain protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design with proven publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/LDPC codes)
- Proficiency in Python, Q#, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research grants
