Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026-era challenges
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Translate quantum algorithms into practical solutions for finance, logistics, and healthcare
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum computing
- Proficiency in classical optimization techniques applied to quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
