Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning integration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent systems
- Develop security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic solutions
- Create documentation and training materials for quantum development standards
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or error-corrected systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST post-quantum standards)
