Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for real-world applications

- Create security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence enhancement strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Expertise in optimizing quantum circuits for NISQ-era processors
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
