Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity for real-world applications
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration across 15+ enterprise clients
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create quantum-resistant security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor a team of 5 quantum engineers in cutting-edge research methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum processors
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
- Certification in IBM Quantum Network or Google Quantum AI
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum research funding
